Return & Refund Policy

At Lenny Lou & Co., each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Custom and personalized items are also final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lenny Lou & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, nor for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered. Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as materials are often prepared immediately after purchase.
